Yesterday, in gym, we did freefalls from the bleachers into the "zipper." The zipper was a bunch of people with their arms out ready to catch you.
It was more fun last year, with the high bleachers, but this year I still got to lie under the zipper and look up. I'm so adventurous, the teacher says.
When the teacher fell back, a kid stupidly went under the zipper. Of course everyone gives a little when they catch him (two inches, maybe), and the poor kid screams, "Holy shit!" at the top of his lungs. Hehe. It's his own fault for going under the zipper.
Today was okay. The freshman pissed me off even more - I told him he was pissing me off and he persisted - and I'm in a bit of pain from various things, but it's not too bad.
I talked with Chris for about an hour today, and I think that's the longest I've ever spoken to him. Wow.
Went hiking in the woods near Dani's house.
I finished reading "Daisy Miller" today. When I started, I was thinking, "I do hope she shuts up." Now I'm thinking, "What the hell was that all about?" I wouldn't recommend it. I like Henry James and all, but that was just...odd.

Today was pretty good, actually, though not entirely pleasant.
But my mood was bad, because - bad, bad - Bush has managed to get clearance for going after Iraq. NOT GOOD.
I want anarchy. We would never be able to achieve anarchy, so I've given it up as a lost cause, but still, that would be nice.
